Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at 999g, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, on the same device, or linked to the same payment method, they will be considered "duplicate accounts" and 999g reserves the right to close all such accounts.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, phone number, and payment method details — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
1.4 Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 999g will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
999g currently supports financial transactions via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). New methods may be added or removed in the future.
2.2 Minimum Amounts

2.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. However, in exceptional circumstances or where additional verification is needed, processing may take longer. 999g reserves the right to verify the payment method used for withdrawals.
2.4 Payment Method Matching
It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawal requests made via a different method may require additional verification.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
999g offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete betting worth 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 total betting required.
3.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Winnings earned from bets placed with bonus funds are withdrawable.
- Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will cancel the bonus.
- 999g may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
- If bonus abuse is detected (such as multiple accounts or dishonest betting patterns), the account may be suspended.
3.4 Other Promotions

Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure or balance forfeiture:
